As a follow up to my visit to your office (at your invitation) I supplied further information regarding the following to your staff and was assured that there would be action taken.

This short email is by way of an enquiry as to how these matters have progressed, if indeed they have progressed at all. The following very serious matters affecting Navy veterans apply and are in urgent need of attention.

1. Water contamination HMAS Sydney Vietnam 1965-1972
2. HMA Ships Vampire & Quickmatch - Vietnam 1962
3. Rapke's report on conditions aboard HMAS Sydney
4. Casualties -Vietnam - Navy - Kennell & Ferguson

A situation report regarding the progress of all or any of the above would be greatly appreciated.
